Distributor Policy
Exclusive Territory Rule: We follow One Country, One Agent principle. Once you sign the exclusive agency agreement, your country market will be reserved only for you. Yile Bearing will stop direct sales to other buyers within your territory.
Minimum Order Requirement: Negotiable annual target. We set reasonable annual sales target based on your local market situation. Flexible for new brand partners at the starting stage.
Pricing Policy: Distributor price list is separate from normal B2B wholesale price. Prices are locked for agreed period.
Confidentiality: All price information and cooperation terms are strictly confidential between both parties.
Term of Agreement: Agency contract is signed for fixed term, review and renewal upon mutual evaluation.
Termination Clause: If the annual sales target cannot be achieved for a long time, we reserve the right to re-evaluate the exclusive agency qualification.

How to Become Our Exclusive Distributor
Step 1: Submit Inquiry
Fill in the distributor application form, tell us your company background, country, existing bearing business and market plan.
Step 2: Communication & Evaluation
Our sales team contact you within 2 working days. Discuss your local market, business strength and cooperation expectation.
Step3: Quotation & Sample Support
Provide distributor price list. Arrange product samples for quality testing if needed.
Step4: Sign Exclusive Agency Agreement
Confirm territory, sales target, rights & obligations, sign formal cooperation contract.
Step5: Official Authorization & Start Cooperation
Issue brand authorization certificate, arrange first order and start joint market development.
Q: Can I apply for agency if my company is new in bearing business?
A: We prefer partners with bearing import & wholesale experience. If you have mature local sales channels, we are willing to discuss cooperation.
Q: Is there high MOQ to become your agent?
A: Since our brand is newly developed, the requirement is flexible. We will negotiate suitable annual target based on your market.
Q: If there are other buyers in my country contact you, will you sell to them?
A: After signing exclusive agency, we will not accept direct orders from buyers in your territory. All local inquiries will be transferred to you.
Q: Can I get product samples before cooperation?
A: Yes, we support sample orders for quality inspection. Sample cost and freight can be discussed.
